This workshop is designed to open minds and build a shared foundation. It provides an overview of how AI works, explores its key application areas, and demonstrates how it can support productivity, innovation, and strategic thinking through real business use cases. Participants will learn to see AI not just as a tool, but as a partner — and discover how to integrate the technology into organizational processes to create real business value.
During the session, we will review the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, the latest technologies and models, and the opportunities AI provides. The course prepares participants to adopt AI by understanding its significance and functioning, broadening their perspective on the technology. It also introduces the basics of human–AI interaction, helping create the foundations for building an effective AI strategy.
The workshop establishes a shared understanding across the company and provides a foundation for successful AI adoption. - During the workshop, participants will familiarize themselves with the latest AI technologies and models, as well as AI’s possibilities through specific industry examples.
